The Ask AI – Personal Assistant app collects and processes personal data you have provided to us to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. Therefore, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as it could make your phone vulnerable to malware and compromise your phone’s security features, affecting the app’s proper functioning.

Yayasan Media Hebat Sdn Bhd is not responsible for certain aspects, including the app’s functionality in the absence of an internet connection, or charges incurred from your mobile provider for data usage while accessing the app. You accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside your home territory without turning off data roaming.
You must ensure your device stays charged to avail the Service, as Yayasan Media Hebat Sdn Bhd cannot accept responsibility for any loss caused by a depleted battery preventing you from using the app.
